Lovely book with beautiful illustrations and a charming story too. It's nicely printed, with good quality thick paper; the large format suits the story well. I bought my copy from a 3rd party marketplace seller - quite a bargain. Do also try the animated film based on this book as this is quite magical: Moon Man [DVD]/5(45).
It's always interesting to read picture books originally pubished in a language besides English. Moon Man was originally published in German in Funky Germanic 60s illustrations add to the foreign feeling of this book.
